Our annual Graduate Development programme is focused on bringing the best new talent from across the world into the CDEnviro team and the structures in place ensure we are able to help our graduate engineers achieve their personal and professional goals.
We recruit in the areas of engineering, business development, marketing, project management and finance with the annual programme schedule detailed below:
- October: launch of the CDEnviro Graduate & Intern Recruitment Programme
- November: Shortlisting and Stage 1 interviews
- December: Stage 2 interviews
- January: Offers made (pending results for existing final year students)
- June: New graduates & Interns begin work
For our mechanical engineering graduates entry as a Graduate Engineer also involves registration on the IMechE MPDS programme which offers you a route to Chartered Engineer status. This is a 4 year programme where you first achieve Incoporated Engineer status and then move to Chartered Engineer, ensuring you are at the top of your profession.
For our business development graduates entry as a Business Development Executive involves registration on our ‘Stride’ programme. Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Stride offers an accelerated route to a Business Development Manager role. In a time when we are expanding across the world this presents significant opportunities for new registrants on the programme to develop quickly and be appointed as country or regional manager for our new target export markets.
